The ambience is very nice, kinda rustic kinda fancy. Really nice staff. The homemade pita chips were absolutely delicious with the homemade hummus. Steak tips were delicious and the grilled octopus was so good! The dessert looked so good but we didn't have room.

My absolute favorite restaurant!!! My husband and I regularly eat here, the fish tacos are one of my favorites and my husband loves the turkey dinner.

Lovely new restaurant in Chepachet. The interior is so beautifully decorated and very spacious restaurant. We got to sit by the cozy fireplace which made it a nice dining experience. We got the mixed grill for 2 and wow it was so good and there was so much food! The steak was cooked perfectly and I loved the chorizo. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 starts was because the drinks were not that great. I had a spicy margarita and it tasted like one of those premade margaritas you get at the liquor store not good. My sister got another tequila cocktail that was also just okay nothing to rave about. I think if they worked on their cocktails it would make it 5 stars for me.

Shopping with a friend for donations for a holiday event....got hungry and yelped a place nearby for food and drinks. 4+ stars. Fab pics and reviews and WHAT features review from a buddy? Five star review well now gotta try it. Ty Dennise you are so right!! Best calamari I have ever had in my life (I'm a lobsterman's granddaughter) and I'd eat it fresh off the boat-sometimes on the boat. Seriously so tender and flavorful. Charcuterie board was yummy too! The 1920 steak tips were tender, well seasoned and hit the spot. The meal was exceptional but the service was seriously the cherry on top of our experience. Liz was truly spectacular!! She understood the menu well, made some fabulous suggestions (apple sangria was tasty!) and truly understood the menu. Our experience was the best! We usually say can't wait to come back but this time we are saying we will be back for certain! How does a place go about getting Michelin stars anyway? This place deserves some for sure!

1st time there but will not be the last. Food was outstanding! You have to try, I am speechless and that is a first! so many choices. I will have to be there weekly to try everything. The service was amazing Liz was on it, friendly and attentive and the place was hopping. The place was beautiful on the inside very welcoming. Took dessert to go, it was so good next morning with my morning coffee. (I had blueberry cheesecake) Assados I will see you soon!

First time here & will BE back! Our Food was excellent and the Service was amazing, thanks to our server Sue! The ambiance was very nice, rustic and comfortable... Know my Portuguese steak, under the egg, was medium rare, as requested, and very tasty! My wife had the chicken Parm, so good, which she brought home the other half. It also included her favorite pasta. See you again soon

The food coming out was a little slow and the temperature of the food could have been a bit hotter. The stuffed quahogs (picture didn't come out) were a great portion size and had a nice kick but they were really wet. Not sure if that their style of stuffie or if they needed longer in the oven . All the food tasted great , especially the octopus, it was really tender. Would come back and just get that for a meal along with a bowl of the Kale soup . Waitress was very nice and always checked on us. The inside of this restaurant was really nice and quiet. You were able to have a conversation with someone. It's also nice that they have several TVs around the dining area so if you go out on a Sunday, you won't miss a game.

We celebrated my fiance's birthday with a large group here. Everyone loved the variety of appetizers. The server was quick and everything was correct. Some of the main dishes were just ok according to our party. The burger wasn't anything special. Mine was excellent, the Portuguese Sirloin and I would definitely get it again. It was almost an inch thick and was cooked exactly as asked. The brown sauce made the dish pop. The decorations were nice and not over the top. I would come back for sure.

Finally got to try Assados and was happy that I did! Every time I go by the parking lot it is full and I can understand why. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I walked out it was very professional. The dining room was clean and spacious enough that you're not bumping elbows with your neighbors. The service was prompt and efficient. I really appreciated that when the waitress had forgotten a bit about my wife's order she came back to clarify instead of winging it and getting it wrong. Drinks were great and very reasonably priced. They had some RI brewed craft beer available which is always a plus. The espresso martini affogato was to die for!! I could seriously go back just for another one! The food was all good, came out hot and fresh. I had the chicken St. Jorge. Flavor was great, chorizo was diced which helped it to not overpower the dish. Overall Assados is winner in my book and I look forward to going back again soon.
